Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

For Manitoba based customers who choose FREE shipping, 2-5 business days; other Canadian Provinces and US customers who choose FREE shipping 10 business days.

How do I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible and we will change it if it has not already been shipped out

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed and shipped you should receive a tracking code automatically via email

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, once that information is entered. It is used to process the order and that’s it

Do you ship to my country?

We shipped internationally with most orders being shipped to the U.S. and Canada.

Will my items come in one package?

Apparel and Supplements will ship separately from each other

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We will take items back as long as the seals are not broken. You must pay the shipping however. 

I received the wrong item or it was damaged

Contact us immediately with photos taken and we will correct the situation.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

You’ll want to reach out to us right away; and we can normally catch it and change it before it is shipped out. 

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

You’ll want to contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the situation
